BERKELEY, Calif.—The Arizona State volleyball team (8-11, 1-6 Pac-12) took down Pac-12 foe California (7-10, 1-6 Pac-12) in four sets, 25-21, 21-25, 28-26, 25-22, on Friday at Haas Pavilion.
The win snaps ASU's eight-match losing skid, and also marks head coach 's first conference victory at the helm of the Sun Devil program. The Sun Devils' last road conference win came on Nov. 15, 2015 at Utah.
"It's always great to get one in the win column, especially on the road against a conference opponent," Mussie said. "We had a good week of practice with lots of rest mixed in and the return on that was a good match.
