The Carolina Panthers own eight picks in the 2024 NFL draft, but they don't have one in the first round. The Panthers traded that pick before last year's draft in a package to the Chicago Bears in exchange for the 2023 No. 1 pick, which Carolina used on quarterback Bryce Young.
It didn't work out as the Panthers had hoped. Young struggled and the Panthers finished with the worst record in the league at 2-15. That means the Bears will pick first and are expected to take USC quarterback Caleb Williams.
