With all 82 games (plus an In-Season tournament) in the books, the postseason picture is rounding into shape. With both the Orlando Magic and Indiana Pacers winning Sunday, the Philadelphia 76ers are locked into the Eastern Conference’s seven seed. That means they’ll host the eight seed Miami Heat in a Play-In game.
The Sixers officially snagging the seventh seed in the East has caused plans to change a bit for how the Play-In tournament is scheduled.
Typically, the 7/8 for both conferences take place on the Tuesday night, then the 9/10 matchups happen the next night.
